Fault Milestone One is Coming to NINTENDO SWITCH October 3rd!

Well, Sekai Games is stepping up to the plate with this one.

The Fault Milestone series has proven to be a vital series in Sekai Project’s catalog since the debut of Fault Milestone One in 2013. The title has not not only stood out during the early days of the company, but also playing a key role in the organization of Sekai Games: being one of the first tiles announced in the new division. The series is preparing to launch its third title, Silence the Pedant, in 2020. However, in just a few days from now its debut title, Fault Milestone One, will launch on the Nintendo Switch. For those unaware, here is the synopsis:

When a sudden assault devastates Rughzenhaide, the homeland of the bubbly princess Selphine and her sharp-witted Royal Guardian, Ritona, the two are forced to escape… but somehow end up teleported into an unknown forest full of vegetation they don’t recognize. The end of peace and the start of a journey beyond science and fantasy awaits them.

fault is an episodic Visual/Cinematic Novel series created by independent developer ALICE IN DISSONANCE with fault – milestone one being the first game in the series. I have watched the prologue of the new version and, visually, it is fantastic. Considering the presentation of Fault Milestone One was in the top tier of its period, that is an amazing accomplishment. Whether or not the plot of the game was revised or updated remains to be seen. However, it is a solid entry and I look forward to playing it and seeing how it turns out.
