If My Heart Had Wings Released to Nintendo Switch

One of the first ‘high quality’ visual novels to come to the West was If My Heart Had Wings in 2013. The title had some early controversy because certain scenes were censored. Even with that, it led to a solid release and two follow ups from Moenovel: the Love Kami series and Adventure of a Lifetime. With those under their belts, they have decided to jump to consoles with the debut title leading the way. Here is the synopsis:

Aoi Minase returns with shattered dreams to his wind-swept hometown of Kazegaura. There, atop a hill lined with wind turbines, he encounters a wheelchair-bound girl, Kotori Habane, and a beautiful, white glider soaring through the sky.

Together, they decide to revive their school’s defunct Soaring Club in order to ride the “Morning Glory”, a phantom cloud carried on the wind that blows across Kazegaura.

This is a tale of youth, a tale of boys and girls who loved the sky.

And I just realized I played through all eighty hours or so of that game and I never reviewed it. That needs to be corrected. You can get more information on the title here and pick it up today in the Nintendo Store. Congratulations to all involved! JP3: OUT.
